On January 31, 2009, I went to Dog Town in Canton, Texas. Dog Town is part of the First Monday Trade Days, which is the largest flea market in the world. There were lots of animals everywhere, and the ones I wanted were either too expensive or not appropriate for our small backyard in the city. I bargained on a mating pair of American Fantail Pigeons, and the man agreed to sell them to me for $14. I had to take a $2 business loan from my Mom.
I don’t know much about pigeons, but as I learn, I will write everything and put up pictures here so you can learn about them, too.
